KindCareTransit provides non-emergency medical and general transportation services. We reserve the right to deny service for misuse or misconduct.

2. Reservation & Cancellation

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations require at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Riders must be ready at the pickup location on time.
  • Any special needs or mobility assistance must be mentioned during booking.

4. Employment Applications

By applying through our website, you agree to provide accurate personal and professional information. False information may lead to disqualification.

5. Government Partnerships

KindCareTransit is actively preparing to meet the qualifications and compliance standards required to work with local, state, and federal transportation programs, including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. As part of this process, we aim to follow all regulatory and service guidelines set forth by government agencies.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or external conditions. In case of emergency, call 911.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
